2️⃣ Choose your nearest pick-up point , after the payment screen or through the confirmation email you will receive.
3️⃣ Receive a notification when your package is ready for pickup.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: When placing your order, the platform will ask you for a shipping address as required, but since it is a Punto Pack delivery, you can enter any fictitious address . What is essential is that you enter a valid email address , since that is where you will receive confirmation and instructions for collecting your package.

1. Returns

• Deadline: You have 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return.
• Conditions: Items must be unused, in perfect condition and with their original label.

Customized or discounted products are not eligible for return.

Accessories or gifts (such as bracelets or keychains) must be returned with the main item if they were included in the purchase.

2. Return process

• Return shipping cost:
